What started as a 21st birthday celebration, turned violent for a few college students from Rhode Island. They were jumped by a group of 30 people in a parking garage in Boston. The melee was caught on video.
Hours before 22 year old Jonathan Brisco was beat up in the brawl, he was sitting with his friends at his family's dinner table in East Greenwich.
"We had a beautiful dinner here," Gary Brisco said. "We told them to have a nice evening and to be careful."
Brisco had no idea the next time he would hear from his son, would be a phone call at 3 o'clock in the morning from a Boston hospital.
"He had lacerations on his eyebrow, had to get stitches," Brisco said.
He got a first hand account from the cell phone video, watching his only child brutally attacked by a group of 30 people.
Lawyers are telling his son not to talk about the fight just yet, but he told his father it was a severe case of road rage, gridlock in a parking lot after last call.
"The horns started honking and these guys just attack them like animals," Brisco said.
As tough as it is tow watch, he is thankful someone pressed record in hopes that the attackers are caught.
"Their faces, their license plates, all of it is identifiable," Brisco said. "They will be picked up and they will be charged."
