Police say father and son teamed-up to rob Exeter businesses

A father and son crime-team from North Kingstown faced a judge on Wednesday.

Police say 61-year old Robert Greer drove his son Robert Greer Jr. to four businesses, right along South County Trail in Exeter on Monday, intending to rob them.

The younger Greer showed a note to the clerks at all 4-businesses demanding money, but only got money from two of the stores.

Robert Greer is being held on $30,000-dollars bail for acting as the getaway driver, while his 31-year old son is being held without bail.
