• Total precipitation (includes rain and snow) amounts will be less than previously expected

• Not as much wind, either (the highest winds won't even get above 20 mph)

• Snow totals only an inch or two for most of RI due to warm air

• Winter Storm Watch northwest Providence county where 3 to 6 inches snow possible

• The storm begins Saturday afternoon as a mix of rain and snow & ends Sunday afternoon

• An inch or two of snow expected in Providence
