A 15-year-old who is accused of attempting to murder his neighbor three times was committed has dangerous after appearing in Fall River juvenile court for a dangerousness hearing on Tuesday.
Brandon Bonin of Attleboro was indicted on charges of home invasion, assault to commit murder, attempted murder, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60, on Friday by the Bristol County Grand Jury.
Bonin has been sent to the Department of Youth Services Facility to be held without bail.
On the evening of March 6, Bonin allegedly attempted to kill a woman on his street after he got in a dispute with her earlier that day over a chicken coup in her back yard.
He stabbed her, attempted to drown her, and attempted to suffocate her in her vehicle. The victim was able to escape when the teen was attempting shove a shirt in the tailpipe of the car while she was in the vehicle. She drove off in the car and brought herself to the hospital.
Bonin has been held since the incident.
