The rivalry is on for the Warwick Fire Department and the Warwick Police Department who will face off in a charity hockey game on Saturday.

The game scheduled for 7 p.m. on March 30 at Thayer Arena will raise money to benefit juvenile diabetes.

The organizer Chris Librizzi, a Warwick firefighter, says he decided to re-institute the game which used to be a town tradition to help raise money for children with diabetes because his so was diagnosed with type 1 juvenile diabetes at 10-months old.

Librizzi will be playing goalie for the firefighters on Saturday. Librizzi's son is also a hockey player at St. Ray's Academy.

Tickets to the game are available at the door for $5.00.
