A man accused of punching a brown university student in the
face leaving him in critical condition appeared in a Rhode Island court today.
Tory Lussier was in Rhode Island

The Marine reservist charged with throwing a punch that
critically injured brown university basketball player Joe Sharkey didn't
comment as he left court.
Prosecutors say 24–year–old Tory Lussier of Connecticut
punched Sharkey in the face over the weekend. The blow caused Sharkey to hit
his head on the pavement.
Lussier's lawyer says the incident is a clear case of

the incident was. He will be arraigned on Monday.
