Over a week ago he was issued a letter of termination after pleading no contest to charges of exposing himself to a female volunteer firefighter and her fiance; now he might be back on the job.

Captain Adam Lee of the Pascoag Fire Department will appeal his termination at a meeting of the fire department tonight. Back in March, Lee was accused of exposing himself to a female volunteer firefighter and her fiance. He also faces on-going litigation in which he is accused of sexually harassing a female co-worker.

When the charges first surface Lee was suspended. Now the fire chief has moved to have him terminated by Lee has a chance to appeal the decision at a meeting of the fire commissioners on Monday evening.

The meeting is schedule at 7 p.m. at the Pascoag Fire Department.
