Two Woonsocket men have been arrested and charged with breaking and entering of a North Smithfield gas station.

North Smithfield police arrested 20-year old Jesse Ortiz and 21-year old Isaac Roman after they crashed into, and stole from, a CT Gas Station on Smithfield Road.  On July 20, at around 4:00 AM, surveillance video caught Ortiz and Roman driving a stolen Jeep through the front glass door. The two then stole cigarettes and lottery tickets.

They pled not guilty to their charges. Ortiz was released on $10,000 surety bail. They are both due back in court in October for pre-arraignment conferences.
