25K Reward offered for clues in Warwick murder

Posted: Updated:

It's one of the largest rewards ever offered to help solve a crime in Warwick. Police are hoping $25,000 will get people talking about the murder of 66-year-old Jack Fay. His body was found four months ago, stuffed in a trash can at City Park. ABC 6 News Reporter Alexandra Cowley has the story:

On May 17th, Fay was attacked and murdered on his routine morning jog. The body of the 6'3" father of two was found stuffed in a trash barrel. Now, more than four months later, police still don't have any answers.

But, now there's new hope. A $25,000 reward is being offered for any information in solving the case. The money was collected through anonymous donations.

Until people come forward with information though, nearby residents will continue to look over their shoulders.
