2.9 million Adobe Systems customers' financial information has been exposed after the company fell victim to a cyberattack.
The company announced Thursday that the attacker was able to access customer names, credit and debit card information, and other order-related details.
Adobe is now notifying customers who are affected. Chief Security Officer Brad Arkin even posted in the company's blog, urging customers to change their password on any website where they may have used their user ID and password.
Customers who were involved will be receiving an email from the company with all relevant information.
