If you're trying to buy some of those pricey World Series tickets be careful. Rhode Island's Attorney general is warning you to be aware of possible ticket scams.
Attorney general Peter Kilmartin recommends only buying from a broker that is approved by major league baseball and use a credit card rather than paying by wire transfer or cash.
Ticket sellers in Rhode Island are not allowed to charge a service fee of more than $3 or 10 percent of the ticket price whichever is greater.
