Two young men were stabbed following a house party in Lincoln early Sunday morning.

Lincoln police were called to a housing complex on Woodland St. just before 2 a.m. Sunday. Upon arriving, they found a 20-year-old Pawtucket man behind the house, suffering numerous stab wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he's in serious, but stable, condition

Another Pawtucket man, 21-years-old, was also stabbed in a separate altercation and taken by friends to the hospital. His injuries are said to be less serious.

Police saw many people attempting to leave the scene in their cars. No arrests have been made at this time.

The housing complex is next to Saylesville Elementary School.

Police plan to release the victims' names on Tuesday.
