A teacher at Davies voc tech in Lincoln is charged with assaulting two students.

According to officials 41- year old David Sousa who is from Pawtucket, groped and kissed two 15-year old girls during the 2012–2013 school year.

The investigation started after a complaint from one of the girl's parents, shortly after that first complaint another teen came forward.

Sousa will appear in court next month.

Two of his former students can't believe the accusation.

"I know him very well and he wouldn't do anything like that.  He wants you to succeed and pass in life," said Richard Rogers.

"We all know he didn't do it.  He would never do anything like that.  He is a very family oriented man and he wouldn't do this to ruin his family," said Kira Daly.

Sousa teaches 9th grade Word Culture at the school.
