A chemist at a Massachusetts drug lab accused of faking test results has been sentenced three to five years in prison.
Annie Dookhan pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice, perjury and tampering with evidence.
State police shut down the lab she worked in causing more than a thousand criminal cases to be dismissed or not prosecuted because of tainted evidence.
