The list of signatures on a petition boycotting radio talk show host John DePetro, he's under fire for comments he made on the air about women.

A local organization started a petition in an effort to get him fired and so far thousands of people have signed it. More than two months after WPRO radio talk show host John DePetro made comments on the air, the push to get him off the airwaves is heating up. Marten Martin is spearheading the push to get him fired and to have as many people as she can boycott WPRO all together until that happens.

Martin chairs the organization, For RI Daughters, a union led group that defends the rights of women. They started an online petition asking listeners to turn off WPRO radio, and they're also calling on elected officials and candidates running for office to not go on the show until DePetro is terminated.

So far more than 3 thousand people have signed it making that pledge including the Governor, Lt Governor, Secretary of State, the State Treasurer, Providence Mayor Angel Taveras, Cranston Mayor Allan Fung, and Ken Block, some even vowing to boycott the entire radio station.
