A dramatic outburst in a Providence Courtroom as the mother of a murder victim saw the man accused of killing her son.
Reina Rodriguez had to be escorted out of the courtroom as William Tate of East Providence was brought before the judge as a fugitive from justice as a result of murder charges in Fall River.
Tate is accused of shooting and killing 26-year-old David Rodriguez in Fall River early Sunday morning outside the Ship's Cove apartment building.
Rodriguez yelled, "Look at me! You killed my son!" as Tate was brought into the courtroom. Two court sheriffs had to escort her from the building.
Tate refused to waive extradition and will reappear in court for a hearing on Jan. 9.
