The fate of Club Karma in Providence will be decided today by the Providence Board of Licenses.
The club was temporarily closed after two people were shot there last weekend.
Providence Police testified that two men were shot inside the club around 2 a.m. Saturday.
Co-owner Peter Petrarca says the police testimony is no more than hearsay.
The police were reviewing surveillance footage from the club on Saturday prior to today's hearing.
This is not the first incident of violence at the club. In the 2010 there was a brawl outside the club involving about a dozen people and in 2011 there was a shooting in a nearby parking lot.
