Central Upsets Hendricken Headlines Friday Night Action

Central pulled off the upset over Hendricken, 58 to 57.  Wayne McKinney and Juan Guerrero each had 15.

South Kingstown surprised Classical, 47 to 46.  Joseph Sekator led the Rebels with 14 points.

East Greenwich dominated Middletown to win the battle of unbeaten's, 53 to 33.  The Avengers are now 11-0.  The Islanders are 9 and 1.

Juanita Sanchez won at Burrillville, 99 to 56.  Harry Calderon reached a milestone by scoring his 1,000th point.  He and Jeremy Suero each scored 25.

In girls basketball, Rogers stayed unbeaten by defeating West Warwick, 64 to 50. 

In boys hockey, Portsmouth skated past Toll Gate, 3 to 2 in overtime.
