Hundreds are expected at two walks in Rhode Island Sunday to raise money for those living with multiple sclerosis.

The annual Walk MS kicks off Sunday morning to help Rhode Islanders with the disease and fund research to find a cure.

ABC6 News Anchor Karen Meyers will be emceeing the walk that kicks off from the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence at 10:00 a.m. That 3-mile course winds through downtown.

Other walkers will be departing from Narragansett Pier School at 10:00 a.m., and can choose from a 3 or 6.2-mile walk along the seawall.

This event is the Rhode Island Chapter's annual fundraiser. On May 3, Walk MS in Rhode Island will continue with a 6.2-mile course through Colt State Park in Bristol.
