Gina Raimondo rolled out the final component of her five part jobs plan.

The final component focuses on Raimondo's plan to encourage entrepreneurship and assist small businesses.

The unveiling of the Democrat's plan took place at Foolproof Brewing Company Monday morning.

The plan addresses reviewing state regulations to help reduce to cost of doing business in Rhode Island. Raimondo says as governor she plans on reviewing the state's regulations and simplifying them.

Raimondo said she will also focus on increasing entrepreneurial training, education and mentorship starting at the high school level. She will also create a concierge service for businesses where someone in state government will assist business owners in navigating the state's regulations.

She also hopes to improve access to capital by expanding the EB-5 program in RI and improve access to seed capital by maintaining relationships with investors.

She intends to build relationships between local colleges and businesses in order to encourage job creation and work force development

This is the last part of Raimondo's five part plan which also included components based on manufacturing, tourism, infrastructure, and workforce development.

Raimondo will face off against Angel Taveras, Clay Pell, and Todd Giroux in a Democratic Primary.
