A Rhode Island student is in the running in a national Google competition.

Molly Brown, a student at Alan Shawn Feinstein Middle School in Coventry has been chosen to represent Rhode Island in the Doodle 4 Google Competition. She was asked to redesign the Google Logo with the theme “If I could invent one thing to make the world a better place.”

Students from Kindergarten through 12th grade nationwide can participate in the competition.
