RI Football Foundation Honors Golden Dozen, East Greenwich Stays Perfect in Volleyball

The Rhode Island Chapter of The National Football Foundation honored top scholar-athletes in an awards ceremony at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick.  The Golden Dozen included High School Heisman winner Andrew Miner of East Greenwich.  Two $1,000 scholarships were awarded to Westerly captain Charles Elliott, and St. Raphael captain Kevin Garcia.  George Pyne, Gregg Drew, and referee John Abbate were also honored.
