There is still no verdict reached in the murder trial of Luis “Fat Boy” Gonzalez, 23.

Monday, the jury asked the judge if they could be hung on some of the charges because they weren't unanimous on all ten charges.

The judges advised them to re-read their instructions and continue deliberations.

The Jury is still deciding the role he played in the murder of a 12-year-old girl from Providence.

Gonzales is accused of conspiring with members of the Harriet Street gang which opened fire on a graduation party last June striking and killing 12-year-old Aynis Vargas.

Four gang members have already pleaded guilty to the charges.

Deliberations continue Monday.
