Massachusetts man found with several bags of narcotics

On June 14th at 5:15 p.m., Massachusetts State Troopers arrested a man found with several bags of narcotics in his car.

The Troopers were on patrol of Route 84 in the town of Sturbridge when they stopped a white Honda Accord for motor vehicle violations.

After a search of the motor vehicle, the large quantity of pills, believed to be a Class B substance, were found.

The operator was placed under arrest and transported to State Police Barracks in Sturbridge where he was booked and held on $50,000.00 bail until his arraignment.

He was charged with Trafficking in Class B Heroin/Morphine/Opium, State Highway Traffic Violation, and Marked Lanes Violation.

No further information has been released.
