UPDATE: Coventry Police and Rhode Island State Police have found a missing mother and daughter in Woonsocket.

Bethany Richardson and her 7-month-old daughter, Hannah Marie Richardson, are in good health.  Police say Bethany had gone to visit an acquaintance in Woonsocket without sharing her plans with anyone.

The Department of Children, Youth and Families was contacted and is investigating the situation.

Police say Bethany and her daughter were reported missing and were last scene in Coventry Monday at around 1:30 p.m.

"No it's not like her usually she texts us, usually she calls us," says Courtney Swain, friend of Richardson, "We went through Facebook messager, we've messaged multiple people trying to find out where she is, haven't figured it out."

They left their home on foot for a doctor’s appointment. Police say they did not bring extra clothing or supplies.

"I am worried for both of them, but more for her daughter because she is 7 months old. She didn't take any formula any diapers wipes nothing," says Swain.

Bethany Richardson was last heard from in a text message at 3:00 p.m. She did not show up for the doctor’s appointment.
