Dozens of people are recovering after an incident at the TD Garden in Boston Wednesday night. Ambulances were called to the chaotic scene during a concert. Emergency officials now say drug and alcohol use are likely to blame.

At least 80 people attending an electronic dance show featuring Swedish DJ Avicii were treated for a series of issues including dehydration, alcohol abuse and drug overdoses. 36 of the concert goers had to be hospitalized.

Witnesses say several people in need of medical attention could be seen on the ground in both the concession and seating areas.

"There was one kid it took four cops to get him down. He was on something. I have no idea but he was just trying to fight back and it took four of them to take him down," said one woman.

"This is any parents worst nightmare. You know I can tell you, and I just pray for the families and the children who you know have been taken to the hospital. I hope everything works out," said a parent outside the Garden.

Most of those hospitalized were minors ranging in age from 16 to 19 years old. There were no deaths, and all of the patients' symptoms were minor.

The DJ, Tim Bergling, tweeting this from his account:

@Aviccii: Just hearing the awful news abt tonight. Its a terrible thing, I rly hope everyone is ok! My thoughts go to those affected & their         families.
