The City of Warwick has disciplined some city firefighters after a video surfaced of them attending what appears to be a dock party while on duty.

The video allegedly depicts members of the Warwick fire departments hazardous materials team eating and hanging out at the Greenwich Bay Marina. A Warwick Special Hazards truck is parked at the marina.

Mayor Scott Avedisian released the following statement regarding the incident, “My administration became aware of the video regarding the Fire Department Special Hazards team members, and, accordingly, I instructed Fire Chief Edmund Armstrong to investigate these allegations immediately. The employees involved have been reprimanded and disciplined. Because this is a personnel matter, the City is unable to comment further.”
