A Providence Grand Jury has declined to indict two Providence College Basketball players accused of rape.

The Grand Jury report noted that there was insufficient evidence in the case against Rodney Bullock and Brandon Austin.

Earlier this year, Providence Police confirmed they were investigating a sexual assault complaint against Bullock and Austin. A student reported that she was sexually assaulted by the two freshman students back in March. The student said she reported the incident to the school back in November, when the incident took place. Three days after the student made the report to the school the two players were suspended from the team.

Austin later transferred to the University of Oregon. Austin was later kicked off the University of Oregon Basketball team when he was accused in a different rape case. The Oregon District Attorney said there was not enough evidence to charge Austin with the crime.

Bullock remains at Providence College.
