Police and a SWAT team surrounded an Attleboro apartment home just before 1:00 p.m. Wednesday.

Police approached the Pine Street residence with warrants for 26-year-old Richard Baker and 20-year-old Christopher Johnson after the two, along with 2 others, allegedly beat a 24-year-old man with a baseball bat and robbed him of about $400 Tuesday night.

"I was looking out the window and all of a sudden I saw two giant SWAT battering trucks that could probably blow off the door of that house just by driving right through it ," says Tyler Vicente.

Baker immediately surrendered and was arrested without incident. Police were not able to locate Johnson at the residence.

Attleboro Police are still working to identify two other suspects.

The assault victim was treated and Sturdy Memorial Hospital and released.

Anyone with information on Johnson's whereabouts are asked to call police and not approach him.
