EACH SET WENT TO A TIEBREAKER...IN THE THIRD SET...GOJOWCZYK, RANKED 131 IN THE WORLD, HAS THE 25TH PLAYER IN THE WORLD ON THE ROPES...

AND PETER GOJOWCZYK ADVANCES TO THE SEMIFINALS AFTER UPSETTING KARLOVICH, 7–6, 6–7, 7–6
