SOUTH KINGSTOWN LOOKING TO BUILD ON ITS LEAD, AND THIS HELPS...PHOENIX SWARD WITH THE RBI TO MAKE IT 9 TO 3 IN THE 4TH.

BUT CRANSTON WESTERN SHUTS THE DOOR THERE...CHRIS PISCIONE ENDS THE FOURTH WITH A STRIKEOUT.

CRANSTON WAS DOWN 9 TO 6 IN THE 5TH WHEN THEY LOADED THE BASES...AND THE PITCHER CHRIS PISCIONE LETS HIS BAT DO THE TALKING...A GRAND SLAM HOME RUN...AND CRANSTON  WESTERN RALLIES TO BEAT SOUTH KINGSTOWN 10 TO 9.  CRANSTON NOW HAS TO BEAT CUMBERLAND TWICE TO ADVANCE TO BRISTOL.  THE TWO PLAY THURSDAY NIGHT IN JOHNSTON.
