PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Temperatures were in the single digits Thursday and with the wind chill, temperatures felt well below zero degrees.

For those who live and sleep outside, conditions like this can be deadly and as temperatures continue to drop, shelters and warming centers are filling up fast. The homeless population doing whatever they can to stay warm.
