ESPN's Adam Schefter & Field Yates reporting Thursday afternoon Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman is facing a four-game suspension from the NFL for testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs. The Pats wideout is working his way back from a torn ACL suffered last August during the preseason. The 32-year-old has reportedly appealed the suspension. Edelman becomes the second Patriots player to test positive for PEDs in the last three seasons, after Rob Ninkovich tested positive in 2016. Edelman could lose nearly $1 million if the suspension is upheld.
