Kellogg’s is voluntarily recalling Honey Smacks Cereal due to a possible salmonella contamination.

Kellogg’s announced Friday that they are investigating a third-party manufacturer who produces the Honey Smacks cereal after being contacted by the FDA and CDC about reported illnesses.

The packages in question are the 15.3 ounces with UPC code, 3800039103, and the 23 ounces of the cereal with the UPC code, 3800014810.

Kellogg’s asks people to throw away these products and contact the company for a full refund. The customer service number is 1-800-962-1413.

Symptoms of Salmonella include fever, diarrhea, nausea, and abdominal pain.
