PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) -- A third suspect connected to a fatal shooting in Providence last month will be held without bail, per his appearance in court Monday morning.

Rashawn Banks, 27, appeared in court Monday morning for charges related to a fatal shooting in Providence. The judge presiding over the case ordered that Banks be held without bail.

Police have arrested a man wanted in connection to a murder in Providence.

Boston Police say they took 27-year-old Rashawn Banks in to custody and he will be arraigned in Roxbury District Court today before being sent to Rhode Island to face charges.

Banks is the third suspect captured in connection with deadly shooting of Jacorey Sanders last month. The 25-year-old was killed on Garnett Street after leaving the city's Pride Festival.
