Recipe from Lynnette Polley of Campbellsville, Ky.

2 cups broccolli florets
1 to 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup mayo
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup raisins
handful cashews

Mix mayo, sugar, and red wine vinegar. Stir until sugar is dissolved, pour over broccolli, raisins, and strawberries just before ready to serve. Top with cashews.

This is very, very good. It's always a hit when I serve it. Enjoy!
