6 News on the Record Sundays mornings at 7:30 on ABC6

Chief Reporter Jim Hummel hosts this lively half hour show featuring area newsmakers, issues and events.

This week we welcome back Rhode Island's Attorney General Patrick Lynch, who's had a busy month. He talks about the Rhode Island Supreme Court's reversal of the state's case against lead paint companies, the illegal immigration issue, and the so-called `Gap Kids' being tried as adults. We also touch on Lynch's support of Sen. Barack Obama and pose the question - once again - is he running fo governor?

To clarify your program, Rhode Islanders for Immigration Law Enforcement, according to Matt Jerzyk, is absolutely not an anti-immigrant organization nor was if founded by FAIR. You probably should confirm the facts before airing statements such as those. RIILE was founded by SOLEY by William T. Gorman in 2006 as an immigration law enforcement group.
