BILLY STARTED RIDING AT THE AGE OF 4.
AND STARTED RACING AT THE AGE OF 5.
HIS DREAM IS TO BECOME PRO RACER. HE WANTS TO BECOME THE NEXT RICKY CARMICHEAL OR TRAVIS PASTRANA.
HE ENJOYS RIDING EVERYDAY.
BILLY RACES ALL OVER THE STATE OF FLORIDA. AND LOOKS FORWARD TO RACING OUT OF STATE SOON.
