This monster Anthony J Carter has been finally been brought back to Rhode Island to face many criminal charges of 1st.degree murder,1stdegree arson along with Raymond Clements of my two young nieces Heather Jesus age20 and baby, and her cousin Amanda Sousa age 17 not only did this monster murder them he set the place on fire then fled to another state which is Florida to commit more robberies and to traumitize more people this monster should never had been let out of prison in the first place last June 2007 to go around robbing people in Rhode Island then killing two beautiful youngi innocent girls. two young lives and a baby taken away from us so horrificlly and tragedly are famiily will never stop reliving this nightmare tHeather and Amanda will never be forgotton and whatever it takes we will stand strong and fight for justice

ANYONE CAN LOOK UP THERE CRIME RECORDS, BEFORE THEY DID THIS CRIME.THERE WERE MORE,SO PLEASE LOOK IT UP,AND LEAVE YOU COMMENTS,I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW YOUR IMPUT ON THIS.
HEATHER WAS WITH CHILD!!! THEY TOOK MY CHILD AND GRAND CHILD AWAY FROM ME!! I BELEVE IN A EYE FOR AND EYE. SOMEDAY......SOMEDAY.
THE KNIGHT OF THE MURDERS? POLICE WERE LOOKING FOR THESE GUYS FOR OTHER CRIMES, THEY HAD A LEED ON THE TYPE OF CAR THEY WERE DRIVING,THEY SEEN IT IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTERS HOUSE,LIGHTS ON IN THE CAR,ENGINE RUNNING,BUT STILL KEPT ON GOING???????????
I have known and have been a very close friend to the Mothers and Aunt of both of these girls since we were children. I was there for both of these girls births. What happend to them should have never had happend if the state did their job.
as a father of 3 young girls this scares the hell out of me to think something like this could happen ; and for them to still be out on the run this long before being brought back to face charges ...all i can say is my heart goes out to the family!!!
a tragedy that would and should not have happened if the state acknowledged how dangerous these clowns are and kept them in prison. their continued crimes are no surprise and waiting til a violent offender commits the ultimate crime is an injustice!!
Heather and Amanda are my neices, and what happpened to them should have never happened! Rhode Island Should think twice about the DEATH PENALTY. Guys(Monsters) like this don't deserve to sit in jail and get three meals aday on tax payers money.

Never did I think murder would touch my family. I suppose no one does, but the crippling sorrow such a horrific act brings to an entire family is devistating, and the loss inexcusable. Heather and Amanda deserved so much more than life gave them.
Our justice system has been failing for years and this is just another example of how terrible it has become. Those monsters stole Heather and Amanda's futures, their LIVES, and it could have been PREVENTED!
We need to make change, if this loss affected you in ANY way, then you know exactly what I'm saying. Our government is flawed but it is still a democracy, and citizens can still make change. Pay attention to politics, call your representatives!
We lose our voices when we close our mouths. Say something! Make a phone call, write a letter, petition a senator, you cannot expect change if you don't make it yourself. The system has failed two wonderful, beautiful girls, let's not do the same.

I knew Heather in highschool when she went to Davies. She was full of personality. She was very sweet, made me laugh, and I could always talk to her. My heart goes out to Amanda's and Heather's families.
Me and heather were friends at shea its been 2 yrs but i still think about her on a daily basis i was unable to attend her furneral beacause i was havin my daughter the same day it drives me crazy that this could happen to a girl with a heart of gold
heather as time goes by it never gets easier to kno that u are gone i wish we had more time to kick it and do all the stupid things we did! i miss u so much what i wouldnt give for one more day with u !!! make sure u open up the gates for me. love u
