Sudden storm hits New London, CT

New London, CT on Saturday 08/02/08. it was around 2pm. Sudden storm with fog, lightning, thunder hits Ocean beach park and forces everyone to leave. Very heavy rain followed which made it almost impossible to see the road. On highway, drivers were doing 35mph on 65mph speed zones.
