As mentioned before, there was a random flash flood around 7:00pm today on Sunday, March 29th. The conditions and event were incredible and beyond anything I've ever seen. This video was taken shortly after the hail began to fall: it's not as dramatically white and hard as when it first started, as it was extremely dangerous to be out during that time and would hurt a lot. However you can see the street conditions and the waves of water that occurred when cars drove by (and when they drove by fast without a care in the world it was like a tidal wave about 6-7 feet high). Just look at the size of these pellets and how much there was...we're very lucky it didn't damage the car though as it was coming down very fast and hard...and it's ice about the size of a grape. After this happened and settled down, it looked like a snowfall, all the lawns and rooftops were covered and the streets just a muddy river of water with debris and collections of hail.
