THIS IS ANOTHER VIDEO OF PEOPLE SPEEDING ON ELMWOOD AVE. THIS MORNING APRIL FIRST THERE WAS AN ACCIDENT A MINIVAN AND A SEDAN WHERE INVOLVED. WE NEED HELP FROM THE POLICE DEPT OR A NEWS CHANNEL TO PAY ATTENTION TO THIS SITUATION , PEOPLE ARE SPEEDING HERE AND NOBODY IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT, WE NEED SPEEDING DEVICES HERE THIS IS DANGAROUS . IN THE MORNING EVERYONE IS GOING TOO FAST, THE CROSSING GUARDS ARE HAVING A LOT OF PROBLEM WITH THIS INRESPONSIBLE DRIVERS. WE NEED HELP ON OUR STREETS THANKS
