At about 2;10 this morning Warwick Fire Department was responding to a box alarm at the Sheraton Hotel on Post Rd near TF Green airport.

While the Chief was in the hotel another driver struck the back of the Chiefs SUV that was parked on Post Rd with its emergeny lights flashing.

The driver of the car that truck the SUV failed a soberity test and was arrested on suspension of Driving While Intoxicated.

No one was injured in the collision.

There was no fire at the hotel.
