1 shot, killed in Providence
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — One person was shot and killed in Providence on Sunday night.
Police responded to a reported shooting on Manton Avenue around 11 p.m.
Officers surrounded the area for hours, and the investigation centered around a home.
Maj. David Lapatin told ABC 6 News police are looking for a green or gray-colored Dodge Caravan with North Carolina plates.
Police believe there were six people in the van, including three women with red hair.
The deadly shooting marked the fifth homicide in the city this year.
