Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band postpone PPAC show

PROVIDENCE. R.I.  (WLNE) — The Sunday, June 12th Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band concert at the Providence Performing Arts Center has been postponed to September 2022.

The band announced Saturday that two members have tested positive for Covid.

PPAC said current ticketholders do not need to take any further action. All tickets from the 7:30 P.M. June 12th performance will be honored for a new date some time in September.

“We are so sorry to let the fans down. It’s been wonderful to be back out on the road and we have been having such a great time playing for you all. But as we all know, Covid is still here and despite being careful these things happen. I want to thank the fans for their patience, I send you all peace and love, and we can’t wait to be back in the Fall,” said Ringo.
