19 people arrested following a prostitution investigation in Pawtucket

PAWTUCKET, R.I (WLNE) – With the assistance of Homeland Security Investigations, the Pawtucket Police Department arrested 19 people in three separate massage parlors in the area on Thursday.
The investigation began on Wednesday, following several complaints to the police from residents and business owner’s regarding possible prostitution at the three establishments.
Police said court-ordered search warrants were executed at Far East Spa at 72 East Street, Harmony Spa at 11 Benefit Street, and Pleasant Street massage Therapy at 88 Pleasant Street, resulting in the arrest of 16 women and 3 men.
The Charges are as follows:
Stelly Song OK (64) of Killeen TX, Yon C Wood (62) of Brooklyn NY, Jean Son Derrico (61) of Flushing NY, Jeonsuk Lee (63) of Hartford CT, Sophia Spingarn (60) of Centerville VA, and Andrew Spingarn (64) of Pawtucket – License of Massage Therapy Required/Employer and Pandering or Permitting Prostitution.
In Ok Bang (53) and Jung Mi Lee (46) of Flushing NY and Eun Joo Chae (50) of Palisades park NJ – Prostitution and License of Massage Therapy Required/Employee.
Gee Yoon Kim (51), Yeon Sun Jeon (42), Keum Ran An (49), Jin Gyu An (49), Suk Ja Elmore (53), and Sun Lee Young (48) all of Flushing NY, Hee Young So (44) of Tulsa GA, and Yun Hee park (48) of Albany TX – License of Massage Therapy Required/Employee.
Aleksandr Ilchemko (60) of Stoughton MA, and George Azar (55) of Coventry RI – Procurement of Sexual Conduct for a Fee.
Police also say there is an outstanding warrant for 50-year-old Grace Kwon of Lincoln, R.I for License of Massage Therapy Required/Employer, and Pandering or Permitting Prostitution.
All were arraigned at 6th District Court, police said.
