2 injured in New Bedford shooting

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — Two people were shot in New Bedford on Thursday night.

Police said their ShotSpotter system alerted them of a shooting at about 9 p.m. near the intersection of Willow and Bullock streets.

Officers seized a firearm found at the scene.

The two people that were hit had non life-threatening injuries.

No arrests were made.

The shooting is under investigation.
