Two 15-year-old girls from Plainville are facing kidnapping and armed assault charges following a bullying incident.

It all happened at a party inside an apartment complex the day after Thanksgiving. Police say several of the attendants were minors and drinking alcohol.

The victim, a 16-year-old girl, tells police she was with several friends when she was assaulted by a 15-year-old girl, while another videotaped it.

According to the report, the victim says she was asked if she was dating one of their ex-boyfriends. When she answered yes, she was allegedly pushed into a chair and handcuffed to it. A suspect then grabbed a gun and pointed it to the victim’s head while saying, "Eenie meenie miny mo, I’m going to shoot you in the head."

The victim was ultimately let go and ran down Route 1 to a Dunkin Donuts. Days later, she contacted police.

Police later identified the weapon the suspects used as a fake handgun. When they searched the apartment they seized a number of items, including ammunition, handcuffs, marijuana, and a stun gun.

Many parents in the area say something needs to be done to stop bullying.

The two teens suspects are now being held in custody and have a dangerousness hearing set for Thursday. Three 18-year-olds who live in the apartment now face possession charges.
