2.0 earthquake measured in Newport
NEWPORT, R.I. (WLNE) – A small earthquake was recorded in Newport around 6:45 p.m Sunday.
The earthquake was registered as a 2.0 magnitude quake, the second lowest possible intensity.
There was no report of any damage in the area.
