25-year-old woman hospitalized, 3 arrested in Wareham stabbing

A 25–year old woman is in the hospital after an early morning stabbing in Wareham.
Wareham Police responded to Tobey Hospital in Wareham around 5:00 Friday morning, where a 25– year–old woman was brought with multiple stab wounds. The woman, from Bourne, MA, reportedly got into a fight with another young woman who stabbed her multiple times. Friends then brought her, and the suspect, to the hospital.
Upon arriving at the hospital, police arrested 21–year–old Karis Callanan of Plymouth, and charged her with Attempted Murder, Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (knife), and Assault to Murder.
The victim, whose identity has not yet been released, is being treated for stab wounds on her back, arm, and face but they do not appear to be life–threatening.
Meanwhile, 51–year–old Marie Ditalia and 52–year–old John Ditalia, both of Bourne, showed up at the hospital and caused a scene with officers. They were both arrested and charged with Assault & Battery and Disorderly Conduct. This incident is related to the stabbing but it is unclear at this time how they are connected.
Those charged appear in Wareham District Court on Friday.
